How do I book an appointment?
Send the booking form with your preferred day and time, or call us on 020 7946 0018 during opening hours. We confirm every booking personally within a few hours.
Can I book several treatments in one visit?
Yes — that's the point of Velour. Mention everything you'd like in the form and we'll schedule the specialists back-to-back or in parallel where possible.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens — just give us 24 hours' notice and we'll rebook you free of charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% fee on busy weekends.
Do you take walk-ins?
When a chair is free, gladly — but Saturdays book out about two weeks ahead, so the form is your safest bet.
Which products do you use?
Wella Professionals and Olaplex for hair, The GelBottle for nails, and Dermalogica for skin. If you have allergies, tell us when booking and we'll patch-test first.
